I know I will appear weird and stupid (...oh well) I have to ask anyway lol...I sent the I-751 petition to remove condition on residence and I have couple questions about it:

1- I did not send any cover letter along with my I-751 petition but is it necessary?

2- I sent a $ 545 money order, how do I know that it is being cashed?

3- What's NOA?

4- I found that if we move both hubby and me have to notify the change of address-

the problem is I did fill up the AR-11 online but not my husband (since our notary officer told us that as he is the U.S. citizen, he does not need to), and now it is been 10 months and I already sent my petition...can we still fill up the form I-865?

Thanks- your help will be much appreciated!!

I-751:

10/06/08: Sent I-751

10/21/08: Received NOA

11/24/08: Biometrics done in Jacksonville, FL

03/20/09: Case Transferred from VSC to CSC

05/20/09: Received Approval Letter

...Waiting for the card...

07/09/09: Green Card Received

10/01/09: Eligible for Citizenship

8/03/10: Sent N-400 paperwork

9/08/10: Biometrics done

10/28/10: Passed interview

Waiting for the Oath ceremony letter =)

1. No, cover letters are not necessary.

2. I don't think there is a way to track a money order, but I'm sure someone will correct me if that's wrong.

3. NOA = Notice of Action. It's basically the USCIS's acknowledgment that you filed the form and paid the fee, and in the case of an I-751 application it extends the validity of a conditional green card for a year.

4. I would recommend submitting the I-865, even if it is late (as did other people who responded to your earlier posts about this).

Good luck!

Timeline for Naturalization:

Day 1: Application delivered to AZ

Timeline for Removing Conditions:

Green card received 117 days after application was delivered to USCIS

Timeline for AOS:

Green card received 120 days after application was delivered to USCIS
