Who else filed a petition in March and have not been approved by VSC? I'm about to go crazy here!!

02/9/09: Sent I-130 package through USPS next day delivery

02/10/09: Package received at the Chicago lockbox

02/17/09:NOA1

02/19/09: Money order cashed

03/04/09: Touched

03/27/09: Touched

03/30/09: Touched

05/05/09: NOA 2

i think they are still working on february files. i am feeling march approvals starting around end of this month. i will pray for a sooner timeframe.

Form I-130 sent to Chicago - 03/18/08 (Case in VSC)

NOA 1 - 03/26/08

Updates - 04/01/08; 06/16/08; 06/17/08

NOA 2 - 01/23/09

NVC received papers - 01/30/09

NVC generated DS 3032 and AOS bill - 02/02/09

DS 3032 sent by e-mail and snail mail - 02/02/09

NVC replied my e-mail confirming my choice of agent - 02/06/09

AOS bill received - 02/07/09

AOS bill and IV bill paid online - 02/07/09

AOS and IV display the PAID message - 02/11/09

AOS and DS-230 packages sent - 02/11/09

NVC received packages - 02/13/09

NVC sent RFE (mistake on DS-230) - 02/20/09

Form DS-230 re-sent (as requested) - 02/26/09

CASE COMPLETE - 03/05/09

Interview date assigned - 03/10/09

Case forwarded to the embassy - 03/11/09

Medical Examination - 04/08/09

CR1 interview - 04/09/09 - VISA APPROVED!

VSC received our 1-130 Feb 19, 2008 & 1-129F Mar 25,2008, NOT APPROVE YET......the waiting continuous.

Hey guys! Looks like I'm in the same boat but have received RFE1 for I-129F and I-130. I have been calling VSC and was told last week that my case should be reviewed again by Tuesday. This better mean approval. Still, I have already started writing my congressman just in case. I have to admit that I am not happy about the situation because I see many that have applied months after I have and have already been issued a visa. I know one of these individuals personally. It is not that I do not want the best for others but I also deserve the same service...first in first out. It seems that some hire a fancy lawyer with connections and...boom approval. What about everyone else? Seems like this is a little corrupt. Anyways...that's my complaining for the day but I encourage you guys to write your congessman! Best of Luck to everyone!

September 23, 2008 - I-129F RFE1 Sent by USCIS, Request for recent passport-style photos

September 27, 2008 - I-129F RFE1 Received

October 3, 2008 - I-130 & I-129F Case processing resumed

November 7, 2008 - I-129F & I-130 petitions recieved at NVC & NVC says I-129F forwarded to Consulate

November 13,2008 - I-129F appears to have been shipped via DHL website on this date, Tracking #: 9486375732

November 17, 2008 - DS-3032 & AOS Fee Bill generated

November 18, 2008 - DS-3032 overnighted to NVC

November 22, 2008 - IIN received in mail; Paid AOS & IV Fee Bills online

November 25, 2008 - AOS & IV Fee Bills rejected; Paid Fees again online (now pending)

November 26, 2008 - AOS & DS-230 packets overnighted to NVC (payments show as paid)

December 16, 2008 - K-3 Visa Interview (now cancelled)

December 2, 2008 - Case complete @ NVC; waiting for interview date to be set

January 16, 2008 - CR-1 Visa Interview
