DS-156 Form

I want to help my fiance out by filling out the DS-156 form for her so all she has to do is sign it. She lives in Japan and I live in the US so the Embassy in Japan will know that I filled it out for her by the 8.5 x 11 paper instead of A4 paper. I will put my name as the person who prepared the form for her.

Will this cause any problems at the interview?

you can fill it online and send it to her as ACrobat Reader file and then she print it and all she needs then is just sign it ..My husband did the same with me .

Oh yeah you can save it once you fill it in and then click save and send to her by email and she will print and fill it in
