i-512 with new married vs maiden name

Hi,

My wife's passport has her maiden name in her passport, however her I-512 has her First, Maiden, New last name on it.

Has anybody reentered with such a situation? and How much of a problem is it?

yup, people do it all the time (my wife included)... no problem.... have the name change document available ot bridge the "gap'

Thanks payx. That makes me feel a lot better. So, we need both of the I-512 sheets as well as the marriage certificate?

Anybody receive any trouble from INS when getting in? Or please post your return to US story at the immigration window (with your I-512 form).
