I am putting together everything I need to send my fiance for her interview that will happen later this summer in Tokyo. One of the items the Tokyo Embassy said to bring is Evidence of Relationship. We provided this information to the USCIS when we applied for the K-1 so I was wondering if we can use the same photos or if we need to provide them with more photos.

We have seen each other once since we sent in the I-129F Petition. Should we add photos from that time we spent together?

Thanks!

I think the more you put photos and evidence the more your fiance will be more confidenat having lots of evidence is a good thing if you have more photos add them ..I have 4 albums and iam going through K3and yeah you can use the same photos in the interview " I think so"

Good luck

If you have extra photos -- definitely! My fiancé is unfortunately camera-shy, so we don't have additional photos since filing our I-129F. For additional proofs of ongoing relationship, I'm going to show them my boarding passes from my latest trip to the U.S. (we've seen each other once since the I-129F filing), and also our daily Skype call logs.

Consulates are interested in ongoing relationship....in other words, including evidence from when the petition was filed up until the interview, which can be many months in between. By all means take the photos submitted with the initial petition but supply current evidence to show an ongoing valid relationship.

Thanks for everybody's reply to my question. I have printed nine pictures from our last visit together, printed one email correspondance each week since we sent in the I-129F, and copied my long distance bill from March and April to prove that we have been in contact with each other.

I don't know what I would do without this website!
