DV paid in AUGUST, Visa pending as of OCTOBER 7

my husband called the USEM yesterday and he was informed na OCT. 28 lng naibigay ng delbros. ang DV sa USEM under review na cya ng CONSULAR kya bibiliang pa cgro ng ilang weeks (wag nman sana) bago marelease yang VISA pero bakit sa nababasa ko panay naman ata OCT. 28 ang binigay nilang date na naiforward???

Ganun ba Grace... October 28 Kasi every Friday nag tuturn over ng Result ang NSO sa US embassy. err mukhang madaming news this Friday. Sana kasali ung atin Grace. hehehe. My fiance tried calling USembassy today he was on vacation kasi.. he cant get through hay ewan ko ba.. siguro daming tumatawag kanina to follow up cases.

ShineK congrats. Baka abutin pa ako ng Fiesta dito sa amin. Hindi naman masama kahit ma delay pa ng ilang weeks kaso kawawa naman nag iisa ang mahal ko. hehe. Hay Lord sana ibigay na nila visa namin.

I was shocked too and syempre super scared na kasi nakaka paranoid na kung bakit Grace would always say that DV is not there yet when all this time, andun na pala since Sept 19. So my fiance called USEM and was able to get hold of Loraine after I told him about my DV but he forgot to confront her about the DV kasi sabi ni Loraine kasi she said my case was touched by the consul yesterday.

Good news ba yun sis? Sobrang nasanay na kasi ako sa generic answers everytime we would call e. Pero at least this time hindi same answer. Parang ang hirap na kasi maintindihan e kaya feeling ko...wala lang.

Congrats to all who was been receives their visas and to all who has under review by CO. Mine don`t know yet anyway my hubby called today at USEM but he cant get through maybe co`z a lots of people calling at Embassy today. Well, he planned to call back again tomorrow wish he can get through.

I hope i cant get my visa in another next millennium.

oo nga, napansin ko din bat parang sabay sabay ata tayo... pero i hope na matapos lahat nila visas naten. am dying to have the xmas with my entire fam. ilang weeks pa kaya tayo magaantay???

I hope we have a good news this week to all of us waiting a long time. We know that GOD has a perfect plan for us but it was depressing anyway to waiting for long time. ***Crossing Fingers that they will worked our case and Hope Holly Spirit touched their heart to work our visas now this week first.****

i know GOD answering our prayers everyday, it might not fully but its little by little, Grace told Alex CO are working for case whose DV arrived this month, well i just do hope shes telling the truth, i heard how Alex beg Grace, I never heard Alex talked that way , i was in tear while i listened to them " Ma'am, my son 3rd bday is coming so soon, i know u dont know how it feels to be far away from my son and the woman i love so dearly, its been 2 bday's that past, that i wasnt there, now please give me a chance to see and celebrate my SOn 3rd bday soon, please, aside from the fact that we faxed some letter about my grandma poor condition " then i heard Grace pause for awhile and said " I understand sir , if i can just do something to release your visa i will now, but CO is the only person who have the right to do it, but im sure your case will be review now, give me a call on friday so i can give u some update "

well ofcourse i dont want to hope for too much, cuz i know it will be painful again , but i know this waiting will be over soon, i might not able to celebrate some holidays with them but for sure JAmes 3 rd bday will be at his dad's arms. while me and Alex was chating earlier, he saw his son on the webcam, and said " i miss u so much my little Poopsy, i hope soon u and mommy be here with me" (while is wacthing his son coloring his book) my heart tear into piece , but either my self miss him so much. guys, i know being apart from our love ones is paintful, let just think that this waiting will end, but not the love for our love ones, soon we will be together in there arms, will be forever . GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US.

yeah ping, dv who arrived at OCT, so weird right? does my son have DV, I DONT THINK SO! but well ill just keep waiting, cuz i feel this waiting will end so SOON, God is GOOD and i know he dont want to see us sad everyday. hows the new place ping? post ur pix at FS, so we have idea how does it looks like. ingat ka dyan lage.

nakakalungkot kasi i really dont see any problems with my case...pareho naman kami never married ng hubby ko before we got married...no problems with BC nor MC...ang hirap talaga ng hanging...K3 supposedly ang visa ko...now, im eligible for CR1 na kasi more than a year na kami married but less than 2 years...baka makukuha ko visa ko pag IR1 eligible na ko, married two years and more...haaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy....

Wow, ang tagal na nga! What do you think is the cause of the delay in your visa? Have your spouse made any follow ups? Kailangan yatang kulitin muna ang USEM just to make sure na napapansin case. Baka natabunan na ng iba.
