Hi JamesNrei,

Is it okay if you add me here? I'm applying for a K3/CR1-IR1 visa but had my interview for K3

Aug 19 - paid DV, Aug 20 - Delbros forwarded my DV to NSO, Sept 4- US Embassy Manila interview, Today (October 7) - NSO confirmed my docs for DV is still with them.

Like everyone else here, I'm so stressed...Been losing weight, lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks, sleepless nights because of frequent fights with husband, falling hair----real signs of stress and depression...

Thanks to everyone here who keeps us inspired...

Goodluck to all of us! Everything happens in his time...

HOw did you know your docs for DV is still with NSO? thought they're not giving out any information? reply would help. thanks.

Hi jamesNrei,

I was interviewed 26 September I haven't received my visa. how they process it after the interview?

some only after 4days they got their visa. Does anybody know how the US Embassy process it after been interviewed and approved.

What is DV = is it delivery of visa?

I thought before the interview they already verify the documents at NSO, as far as I understand now after interview they will verify to NSO!!!! :hehe:

I hope visa will be deliver soon!!

hello guys,

i really dont know what to feel hearing from them that they already had my visa printed but not ready to release yet cuz of my son documents are missing. they are so careless, they dont read the application which is the most important thing they will do, this people here at the USEM thought that me and my son have same family name used, but we had different family name cuz my son carrying his dad's family name which is our petitioner. our so is not aplicable for CRBA, since he was bron when his dad is not a USC yet.

look after my interview i was aware of this things already, they are looking for my son documensts PASSPORT and MEDICAL result, which i give time to fix and clarify. so i went back at the USEM, after going to ST. LUKES and check where is my son docs? they said been forwarded Sep. 9, so i told the USEM about it, i went to Window X and complain ,then thsi lady told me to seat and wait, so i waited after 20 minutes he called my son name and my name, and then told me " ok mom i found it already and will give it to the consular officer who will revire your case " look now they will gonna telling us that they cannot find my SON docs, what the heck u know, mean i just wastes my time to fixed everything there after my interview. this people are not doing ther best to give us all teh good and right and fair treatment for everyone, they just like USCIS. very slow, and injustice. we sorry USEM, but this is all be proven with us waiting.

Hi Liezl. DV stands DOcument verification. Did you pay for this at metrobank before your interview? If you have, embassy will pick up your DV from NSO once it is done. DUring your interview and your DV is already there usually you will have your visa in a matter of few days, as early as 2 days after your interview. That is if your paper are all clear, complete and ok.

Now if they don't have your DV yet they have to wait until they have it on hand. then review our papers again around 2 weeks more (if your lucky maybe less, if not maybe more). It depends to the Consul Officer.

Let's hope and pray for speedy process!

what i can is see is that they are not efficient in all perspectives at all.

Look at the brighter side bevs your visa is there, and it will be easier for the CO to review your son's papers. You'll have your visa in justa matter of few days. Cheer up! :)

hi there,

Category - K1

DV paid - Sept. 2

DV to NSO - Sept. 3

Interview - Sept. 12 (still pending..)

We called USEM this morning (me and my fiance called both 1-888 and 1-909 nums...) and asked if my DV is there in USEM already. And all we got are replies saying "sorry mam/sir but the info u need isn't in our system yet, our system's not yet updated.." Damn... So i called USEM again and talked to Grace, she didn't disclose any info to me, all i wanted to know was if my DV was there in the embassy already but she didn't even give me a teeny tiny bit of clue..just told me it's still under review.. Darn...

So here we are, clueless... and waiting...

Advice to those who are still on the waiting list, try to find something to do just to distract u a bit from the stress of waiting for our visas.. In my case, me and my fiance are planning for our wedding...:) Just wanna get rid of those anxieties that keep bugging us all...

May our visa be with us soon... God help us...

Jenny

My heart really goes out to all of you who are still waiting. I was so worried that we might have the same situation but thankfully we were fortunate. My wife paid the DV 2 weeks prior because it had slipped both of our minds and she recieved her visa two days after her interview. I wonder where the differences in delivery come in? Is it Delbros, the USEM, the NSO or all of the above. I imagine it can be very frustrating. Well hang in there all of you.

hello jean,

did u try to call the NSO number not the hot line. cuz once i talked to PJ and i beg him to tell me about a little information about the status of my docs in there office, try to explain to him , why u are so eager to know the status, tell him when was it been forwarded in there office. well its been a month after the delbros forwarded it to there office when i called, then i guess nahuli ko kiliti nya ay he asked for my name and when he came back sabi nya negative na daw docs ko sa office nila and i call the USEM. when my mahal called USEM, sabi ni Lorraine my visa is ready but yung sa anak namin di pa, kaya di nila pwede e release, so hopefully next week may visa na kami... sana sana... hope we all here in wait get our visa very soon. i pray for all of us.
