hi Jose Rizal, did they give you learner's driver permit?

when i passed my written exam last Dec 24, right then they issue my learner's driver ID, they actually ask me if i can do actual driving that day, so then i can have my driver license too, but i said im not yet ready, im driving in PI but same as you guys, there's lots of rules here to be fallowed, so i want to make sure im familiar with the streets and road too before ill take actual driving,

and im planning to renew my license on February which same time as my visa expired, but im not sure if theylle allow me to do that coz i dont have my gc yet, let say my AOS is pending that time, so who knows, ill try to give DMV a call.

They gave me a permit but there's no schedule until Feb. I'm driving here using my local license. Also, what's more important is the traffic rules on the road. Also a GPS unit is a good investment.

BTW. Which DMV office are you getting your license? I'm getting mine from West Covina.

Im having issues with my social security number coz they require EAD. *sigh* But i am able to open a bank account even without an SSN .

To anyone done with AOS: Should i use my husbands last name when im filing for AOS? I dont wanna consufe USCIS. It just seems morally right that i do, but i dont know if its technically correct. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

Ping: Was supposed to meet Lorraine last New Year in Vegas. But traffic was bad and the strip was closed. We planned to meet the following day in her hometown (Henderson) but the schedule was tight. She's doing ok BTW.

hi sis PING, Belated din. yeah masaya naman ako so far, miss ko lang family ko back home. about skin test, this really confuse me. mga tao pa naman sa clinic kong doon ka aasa ng tanong, di rin alam ang sagot. may kilala ako nasa OK nag pa skin test sya, una lang sya dumating skin dito nga weeks, iwan ba nito, bahala na. bukas punta kami sa dist health. kelan ka mag papasa ng AOS Ping?
