Btw, I suggest to those flying with little kids (2-12 y/o) you can apply for tax reduction (50% off) at Department of Tourism (Kalaw Ave.). Just present them your child's passport. Pay for P200 (processing fee). So you will be saving P600+ pesos which you can add for your terminal fee (P750) instead. Just a tip.

Rei: I know there's a DFA kiosk in the airport. Balikbayans can waive the travel tax but have to pay the P200 processing fee. Probably it can also offer the the reduction for kids.

pinglocalhostess, yes, im here november 30th technically coz my flight from HNL-LAS got delayed, arrived 12:10 am (30th), supposedly arriving 11:35pm (nov 29th) and day 1 here, i was already driving around...woke up and realized my hubby left for work, he left some money and car keys so, im off the road day 1, hehehe...btw, i didnt have a hard time at my POE (honolulu, hawaii)...i was just asked by the filipino immigration officer two things (how long have you been married and what's your husband's name)...i was thinking, yun na ba yun? then he wrote A1 on that blue card he handed me (the one you fill-out) and told me that i will have to go thru agricultural (same experience you had but, they didnt open my luggage or something, my luggage were on TSA locks so i really dont know if they opened them or what)...come vegas, my hubby was already there and we were wondering if that's it for me coz i told him about the A! on my blue card..he said, maybe that's it coz the moment you get out of those doors you're in vegas and the moment you got in honolulu technically you are in the US...tama ba? parang it was so easy for me, feeling ko tuloy may na-omit ako process.... :worried:

guys, does anyone here know what's next for a k3 visa holder (though i'm checking other forums later pero syempre consult muna ko sa pamilya )..my hubby and i went to SS office here in henderson, nevada and we were informed that we need to file the EAD and the SS office worker (a filipina) happens to not know specifics..she just told us to call the US Homeland Security about it but she's sure that i will be needing my BC. MC, passport and employment authorization form...batorney (este, attorney) manny? ano ba suggestion mo? i can't wait to work!!!!!

grabee kakastress to huh?! sa dec 7 na flight ko to hk then from there, after saying goodbye to mommy and my sisters, i'll be flying to rdu on the 14th... dame ko pa di nagagawa! huhuhu

i was supposed to be attending seminar kanina, di ako nagising ng maaga so hopefully tomorrow magawa ko na. dami ko pa eempakihin! kakabaliw ito grabe!!! infairness di pa nagsisink in pagalis ko kaya di pa ko nalulungkot sa mga iiwanan ko... just stressed out sa sobrang dame ng to-do-stuff-list ko...
