StephnRia, Christian's Gem and yours truly just went to CFO this morning to do our thing and after thta, we had lunch at Avenga, Eastwood, Libis. And all I can say is SA LAHAT NG NAGKAVISA NA, KAMI LANG ANG NAGPACHEESEBURGER!!! Hahaha...!!!

Hay! I just arrived here in Nueva Ecija. Guys, I got my visa na! Thanks Kuya Jose Rizal for accompanying me to have my CFO sticker. I had to go back to our house in Manila after having lunch with christian'sgem and JRizal. Visa arrived around 11am while I was at St. Mary's attending the seminar. Buti na lang lapit ng St. Mary's sa house namin plus konti lang tao so it was so easy lang. It was a great day for the three of us. Our day ended with a text to christian'sgem from delbros. I think its the cheeseburger that did it. HAHAHA! CONGRATS GEM!!!

Rachel, when's your flight? better bring a live lobster. remember our plan to breed a fil-am lobster too!

Rachel leaves Philippines Friday, Dec. 5th, Northwest airlines, POE Detroit where I will fly there to meet her, then we will go to Ohio for a week to visit my son before coming back here to Maine.

We decided to wait a year before having baby fil-am lobster. hehehe

We are a little unsure if she will have to pay the travel tax. It might already be included in her ticket. I got the ticket here in the states from my travel agent. The ticket states:

"THIS PRICE INCLUDES AIRFARE, TAX, AGENT FEES AND SECURITY FEES"

so if anyone else has flown NWA, could you let me know if she still has to pay the travel tax.

I know she still has to pay the P750 terminal fee.

hi guys. we flew NWA last Nov 16 we booked our ticket at NWA website, we also pay some taxes and other fees, but when i reach NAIA they told me that travel is not included. so i paid both mine and my son travel tax. if i were u guys, just dont worry to much, there is a ATM machine inside the airport, so what ever it may take u dont need to worry that much. its 1750 each. good luck and happy trip to both of u!

Btw, I suggest to those flying with little kids (2-12 y/o) you can apply for tax reduction (50% off) at Department of Tourism (Kalaw Ave.). Just present them your child's passport. Pay for P200 (processing fee). So you will be saving P600+ pesos which you can add for your terminal fee (P750) instead. Just a tip.
