Maileen: I suggest that you take your Counselling at St. Mary's. The advantage there is that there are fewer attendees and there is a CFO office extension inside the compound which means you can also have your passport stickered there. It is also very accessible since it is exactly beside the Katipunan LRT station.

DJose station is in LRT I but is walking distance to Recto Station of LRT II. Ride LRT II until Katipunan. You'll know you're in Katipunan station because it is the only underground station. Exit at the the side going to Cubao/Recto. St. Mary's/CFO is exactly beside the station.
