Thanks for the encouraging words. What's really frustrating is I paid my DV a day before you did and wala pa sa embassy. Tapos mukhang mabagal talaga yung CO namin. Just venting. Anyway congrats on your visa and happy trip.

Bali before ba i-file ng fiance(e) nyo yung petition sa inyo, did they ask you to sign on a paper and did they ask you of the 2x2passport size picture?Because in my case, my fiance didnt ask me for that . That's what i remember...

hi everyone,,, ung sabi nyo na CO na ung magandang girl na medyo bata pa na boycut slight was the one who interviewed sa girl na na meet ko during interview... eh narelease agad visa nya.. who was interviewed by a CO na bata pa na lalake tapos super tangkad(well how will i know nakaupo) pero promise i saw him he was just interviewed to that day!!!! oct 3 un eh, tapos nakaline up din sya like us but was entertained first among others though arrived late and pumasok sa room and when he went out he already had pink slip and went outside, then i wass shocked because when it was time for my consul interview eh sya na ung nag interview sa akin and nakanecktie na!!! kasi when nakita ko sya outside la pa necktie ung long sleeves nya eh... so i guess he was new and kaya siguro delayed akin,. gosh (i hope thats the reason).. sino dito na nakainterview is super tangos ilong na lalake n medyo not smiling na bata pa.. baka pareho tayo=)

sis di natin alam tagala when? tignan mo nga case ko, tapos na ako, but look how long it been now, since they complete my case, till now yung paper ng anak ko nasa CO para rin under review, cant belived this.

about sa pic, may pic ako binigay sa hubby ko before he filed the case in the USCIS, yung us visa passport, wala ka ba nun? cguro bibigyan ka nla ng case RFE kong may kulang, pic lang yun, it wont be a reason for u to get denied. or let your case be delayed. ano ba window mo yung interview?

Tingin ko hindi kasi nainterview ka na. Nagbigay ka naman ng picture sa medical mo di ba? At may biometric scan ka nung interview. Baka marami lang load yung CO at nagtatamad pa. Patawagin mo ulit yung fiancee mo at tanunging kung ano talaga yung delay.

hi there.. usually 2 weeks ung review sa DV ng CO then after that ung next na week nya for printing and releasing.. 1 week for delivery if you are outside manila..

What i dont understand is if you paid DV earlier... then your docs should have been forwarded to NSO sooner. Like look at boyceedith, she paid DV 5/19 and they only sent her docs to NSO last 9/01. I admire her patience.... truly. If it were me, id be a raving lunatic.... nagging and nagging. But like most applicants in here stated, we dont really know what are their basis are and how they process each case. And they dont seem to like explaining to us how it works . Venting is free , get at it. You dont wanna be stressed out and lose your hair (jamesnrei Lol shhh).

As for the picture, when Matt sent the 129-F, he did ask me for pictures (2X2 passport size). Hmmm are you sure you didnt send any pictures? Well anyway, i dont think you should worry about the pictures coz you are done with your interview. Maybe USCIS overlooked it when they approved your fiance's petition coz if they require those pictures they would have sent your fiance an RFE for the passport pictures before they approved it.

As for the waiting time, my DV took 5 weeks (Sept 1 - Oct 3). It was with the CO-under review for 1 week (Oct 6-14). They released the visa October 15. So I have to wait more than 1 month since the day of my interview (Sept 15 - present). Not counting the weekends of course. boyceedith's case was with CO-under review for 3 weeks (Sept 22 - Oct 14). But common practice i think is 2 weeks with CO for review. You are almost done Godismystrength.
