Call USEM at 301-2000 then ask to be connected to the Delbros unit then look for Aiko. Have your case number ready and she will confirm when your DV was sent back to the embassy.

Do note that they will be closed tomorrow which is Thanksgiving Day.

Oh BTW, you can also call the Delbros Visa Docs Verification Dept. at 339-2761 and look for Abbie Reyes or Rayan Gatchalian.

Lastly, you can also text Delbros at +63 (917) 622-1949. This facility does not have the call feature since it is designed only for Short Messaging Service (SMS) inquiries.
