me (22yo) & my sis have the same petitioner, but my younger sis (18yo) was 1st interviewed & is now in the u.s. maybe u can email the USEM, the link is posted in this thread, tell them that your twin sisters is in us na & ask the cause of delay. I got a reply after a wk but too late, I already have my visa..

iam hoping na inaasikaso mga pending cases... my garsh! pangit ng sistema nila. instead sana na inuna mga new applicants sana tinapos muna saten. sana tayo ang binigyan ng lift sa document verification instead na yung mga new interviewees... naiiyak na tlga ako...

you're not the only one sis! and korek ka dyan, it's really unfair. Like for instance, my twin sis has her interview Oct.14,2008, she got a text message from Delbros the day after her interview. In my case, I was interviewed Sept. 26 and unfortunately, still reviewing my case.huuh hu hu

lucky kapatid mo. blessing in disguise ang pagkakalate ng interview nya. kasi due to backlogs daw, nalift pansamantala ang dv. dba nakakainis?! sana instead na sa mga newly interviewed ang nilift nila dapat yung saten na nauna nah... hay... pero for sure makakakuha lahat tayo. pasensya lang talaga maglalaban laban. lalo na halos dito mga hubbies and fiance's ang di makakasama sa panahon na dapat sana pinagsasaluhan... hay...

Ay bakit ganun? Whats the difference between your case and your twin sister's case?

Giving hundreds of interviews, will be tired in the end to review past cases waiting for approval...

We have received your message through our web mail inquiry system, and referred this to the responsible processing team for appropriate action.

It is not Embassy policy to advise applicants or petitioners that a visa would be issued by any specific date. In fact, we advise our clients not to finalize travel plans, dispose of their properties, or give up jobs until a visa is actually delivered to the applicant. We are simply unable to predict if or when an applicant would qualify for visa issuance.

If you would like to inquire further about the status of the visa case, you may contact the Embassy's Visa Call Center at telephone 1-909-101-7878. This number is for subscribers of PLDT and Smart telephone touchtone landlines with national and international distance dialing features (NDD or IDD access). Callers in the USA can contact the Call Center at 1-888-877-9888. The Call Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Manila time). StepenRhia, my mom is our petitioner. Maybe the only difference is that I dind't paid my DV earlier prior to my interview.

I also paid my DV after my interview. and waited 2 months for a visa. I didn't know that I needed CENOMAR. my category is also IR2 same w/ my sis who was interviewed 1 month ahead of me. she didn't undergo DV. maybe because she's minor. I pray that you'll have ur visa asap, so you'll be reunited w/ ur mom..

this thread is indeed a blessing! recalling how I found out this site is nonetheless because of the DV! the CO told me that I need to get 1st the DV before she decides what will happen on my visa. when I got home, I googled it..tadah! visajourney! it was in sept-oct where all DV anxious people gathered here, giving advices&comforts, sharing experiences & informations... without this thread I wouldn't know the direct contact number & who to speak w/ in NSO,USEM,delbros,& the timeline where I make my own estimations & assumption on visa release. not a day passes by that I worry about my DV but knowing how high spirited & patient the people gives me hope. even though majority of the posters here were on K1,IR1,I never felt I was left out, thank you! now its november & almost everyone is getting their visas! in God's perfect timing , ALL will receive 'delbros delivers!.. this thread has the most number of replies & views, a proof that all get along w/ each other..

hi guys! ngayon lang ako nagparamdam kasi busy na ako sa pag-aayos ng gamit ko.

ria, i wish makuha mo na visa mo, pwede ka na patayuan ng monumento sa tagal mong paghihintay. wala bang pwedeng gawin para malaman kung may problema sa visa application mo or ano ba ang reason bakit matagal.

wala pa rin akong visa pero ayoko na muna mag-wait, nasasayang ang oras ko, naghahanap na lang muna ako ng pwedeng gawin na productive kaya nga nag-aayos na ako ng gamit.

may tanong pala ako, pwede ba ako lumipat ng house na wala pa visa ko or another process nanaman kung lilipat ako? until end of december na lang kasi ang kontrata ko dito eh, pero i will try mag-extend kahit 2 months pa.

weird nga eh, sana ni-lift na lang nila sa lahat ng application nila na dv lang ang hinihintay. tapos sa atin, 2 pa ang hiningi, ang lupit naman talaga.
