So you mean my CO reviewing it now? Coz i remember when my fiance ask Loraine i think about our status, she said we can call back after 2 weeks....

i can't really tell, maybe it's under review now or for review. depending on the load of work your CO has. at least for now you know that all of your documents are complete and is on the desk of the CO.

they all tell us to call back after 1-2 weeks. Just a little more patience this waiting game will soon be over.

my children's papers were expedited last september from USCIS, reason for expedite being approved was because my papers were already done and that my interview was scheduled sept 4. Uscis approved the expedite in a week and then the case was sent to NVC, and in 2 weeks the papers were in Manila. Last Saturday I recieved IV pack, I have 5 kids and I got only 4. Today my husband called the embassy and they said 1 was left behind. Anyway, he also told them regarding the expedite story of the kids and that he feels that he might ask for another expedite request, but this time it will be for my visa. Isn't this just ironic? My kids will get their visa first and I will be the one without any visa and their expedite was based on my case. What's funny though is, when i called USE this am, they said that I shd ask for my other child's packet from SLEC and they will just send it there because its an expedite process, and she explained that the kids papers were being expedited because I am already done with my papers. When I told her I still don't have my visa because of DV and I asked her what they will do when the kids get their visa and mine was not issued yet, and she was SURPRISED, and said I will have to get back to you on that!!!! I wonder what's next...

even your kids visa was been done already they wont release it still, they will wait for your case to be done , so u and ur kids will get the visa in once. in our case, my visa was printed already, but they wont release it cuz my son ( son of my petitioner) case/visa is not done yet. his just 2 and his papers is on 2 weeks review now. cant u belive that, 2 yrs old boy still not done ,cuz they did to review his case. grrrtt there mistake is my/our sacrifice

i agree with you bevs.. coz in my case dapat kung ok na mauna ung sa mga bata dapat release na nila noon pa ung sa mga anak ko. pero dahil sa me ung benificiary need na isabay papers nila sa papers ko, nakakatawa nga lang kc ok na ung sa akin at sa panganay ko ung dalawang anak ko di pa din ok kc dayoff daw ng CO.. tagal na ng papers namin dun gang ngaun pala di pa nila tinitingnan ung sa mga anak ko, expect ko na inaatay lang ung sa akin then release na. ewan di ko maintindihan sistema nila... Anyways masaya na rin ako sa progress kc atleast wala ng problema sa papers ko at nawala na ung wories ko.. sana naman by the end of this week release na nila.. sorry if I wrote my reply in tagalog.. nosebleed na me kakaenglish sa previous post ko... hahaha

sige, ill try calling them maya pag gising ko (mga 1pm pa yun, ganito talaga pag BUM, ahahaha)...addicted na yata ako dito sa VJ coz i check it atleast 3x a day...hay, manatalang noon, i couldn't even open my email sa dami ng trabaho ko....i just let my secretary read it and have the important ones printed...hay talaga, but on the good side, atleast i realized, i have another world now, kayo, yung VJ family ko who gives me the motivation and support dito sa ordeal na 'to....masaya pala magmember ng gantong forum or site, i never realized that until now na BUM na ko, hahhaha...

helloo all, i promise ill keep update here, sorry i just get online today, but anyway i called Grace yesterday, im surprised she entertain me knowing they wont give any info like us Filipina,

she told me that my paper was in officer last Oct 6, for review and she ask me if i pay visa delivery already and i said yes right after my interview, she just said just to wait, i have more question but i dont bother anymore, so im hoping this week ill have a magic text from delbros!!!!

anyway im happy that i talked to rela person in usem!!! more power to them i mean people power for speedy process
