As long as you have a bona fide marriage and the documents are OK you shouldn't have any problems. Some marriages are just for the purpose of immigration and if discovered they get denied.

Thank you again for the reply..I have with me all important and genuine evidences and proof of relationship, I am bit nervous on how the interview affects in my petition.. is really the interview will affect for me to get denied?

Sorry I don't understand what you are asking?

i mean is the interview will affect on my visa approval? how can I avoid denial during my interview, i am nervous because i cant speak english fluently..

Just be honest and truthful. Tell them how much you love her when you have the oppurtunity.

Thank you HAOLE, i will let you know hows my interview..for now I dont want to think about that i am going to have my interview tomorrow, I will play basketball for now..by the way, did you already done with you're interview? how was it?

My wife and anak did the interview. It was easy for them. CO only looked at a few pictures of our wedding.

Good luck.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Ok thank you for the info..I have 1 Folder and inside that folder are Appointment letter,Affidavit of Support,DS-230,NBI/Police clearance,Marriage/Birth cert. then in my BINDER that me and my wife created are Remittances receipts, phone calls, boarding pass/itineraries tickets, receipts what we purchase together,emails,letters/cards,pictures, and all other stuff of proof of relationship..thats why it so very thick because I put all the proof of evidence of our relationship..is this really helpful? or they will only collect some other pictures with me..

it's actually a case to case basis on what documents they'd wanna ask from you (either the prescreener or CO). the documents you have at hand as of the moment ate sufficient enough for me to say you're all set, i also brought the same stuffs with me during my interview last october 3rd. but there was one thing they ONLY asked from me, this was my marriage index (CENOMAR) indicating that i have ONLY been married once and it was with my petitioner (my husband).

so far, in the VJ regional (PI regional) group, i was the only beneficiary asked for this (so far..) so there's no need to be alarmed. maybe my case was unique and just one time, again, it depends on the CO what documents he/she wants, so be prepared.

the interview is the FINAL stage of your visa process. this is a very crucial requirement for visa approval. denial on IR1 interviews are rare (so far i haven't seen many of it around)..but indeed some are denied or undergoes AR for reasons of suspected fraud marriages just to acquire a US visa. YOU CAN AVOID DENIAL by being honest. if your marriage is genuine and of pure intentions, then there's no need to worry. your ability to communicate in english is NOT grounds for whatsoever denial..as long as they see that you're telling them the truth, don't worry about a thing.

but they do ask prior to administering the oath if you can understand english and if you need a translator..(if this info helps ease your worry  )

When the interview is over. If the CO doesn't tell you if you passed or not. Ask the CO.

Is ther a possible denial in my case?

*****************

Three reasons account for about 90 percent of all refused immigrant visas in Manila:

* An incomplete or incorrectly completed Affidavit of Support

* A lack of secondary evidence proving relationship or identity

* Incomplete or outdated police or medical clearances

Hope this can give you some idea...
