From Approval to Receiving EAD in mail

My EAD was approved on 9/30. I've received an e-mail on 9/30 stating that my application was approved and that they ordered my new card and that I should have it in 30 days. On 10/03 I've received the same e-mail as on 9/30 but the date was changed...same text...word by word..except for the date...now it was 10/03

In between these two e-mail there was a "touch" on my EAD on 10/01. Now on 10/06 there was another "touch"

How long will they drag it on like this? My AOS interview is in less than 30 days..so should I even care at this point?

I would call and see but if your appointment is soon then I wouldn't worry too much because you will have a green card then.

I got a couple of "card production ordered" emails then "approval notice sent". The "approval notice" has the EAD card with it - the whole thing was like a week or so after the first email
