I am filling this form out for my wife who doesnt speak english perfect. I was just wondering on Question 14 on the DS-230 are they askin about me the petitioner or my wife? Is confusing. thanks

DS-230 is all about the non-USC....the beneficiary.

So for question #14, the Petitioner/Spouse/USC goes there.

There are example forms in the guides, and there's at least one other thread about DS-230 going on now.
