DS230 form is for your wife ....she need to Put 1 (that includes present marriage) if she is married one time .Thats how i filled for my wife

is that enough or should i put my parents names also? cuz we live together..

She'd better put in the TOTAL number of times she's been married...INCLUDING married to you Shpat.

I think it can only handle a number up to "9", so you may have to use an additional form to include other marriages.

Regarding the name and addy....as long as you regularly receive mail there, there's no need to include your parent's names.

naw man its not going out this week still havent sent my AOS package yet, waiting for bank statements etc...

No PCC yet, they'll be calling her soon to see if they're giving her the PCC or not...

she can just put your name and address (perm address in USA) i donot think she need to put her in law's names .

Shpat .....you need to move on , get all those certificates ASAP otherwise People who got approved after you had their cases completed.

1.I guess you or your daddy can print BANK STATEMENTS from ONLINE ...if account is here in USA.

2.Try to get PCC , original birth certificate, MC etc ASAP from her.

3.Any help let's know ....we all here 24/7 to help you all

I think you can get PCC in 1 day at most places ...I got PCC in less than 6 hours...
