Sponsor or Co-sponsor is semantics... the word sponsor shows up in both.....

Correction: the age of sponsorship is 18....

her daughter just 8 years old and we want to coung her daughter child support with my fiance income and i think its okay cos she one of the household

It does not matter what anyone here thinks... It is the consulate officer and each consular decides on there own.

I guess there is only one way to find out......

YMMV

to call the consulate u mean?

or just do it

List the child's SS death benefit as other income. It would be treated the same as court ordered child support, as the income will be steady with cost of living increases for at least 9 more years.

I answered this question for you numerous times already in another thread and in more than one PM.

i am sorry to bother u but i am tottaly confused

You CANNOT consider your fiancee's eight year old daughter a CO/JOINT SPONSOR, as she does not meet the age requirement.

You can however choose to try to include her survivor's benefit income as other income on your fiancee's affidavit.

YMMV

from what pushbrk said i can use the child income as one of the houshold not co-sponsor cos my fiance is the guarian of her daughter and this income just 11.000 it will help but it wont be everything
