Well Hanh didn't get her letter. It's been over a month so I told her to call. When she called today, they told her that her interview is October 15! :o I still have paperwork to get to her. And I'm freaking out. So I have a couple questions.

Bank Information - it says that they want date the account opened, total amount of deposits for the past year and present balance. How long does this take for them to do this for you? I have to take time off of work and go to my bank. I hope the can give it to me in a couple days.

Also, I'm working through a staffing agent (recruiter), she is going to write up the letter. Does it have to be notarized? I see that if there is a potential employer letter, it has to be notarized, but not the letter from employer?

I'm Freaking out now. I didn't sleep at all last night after she called me.

thanks all!

I see that if there is a potential employer letter, it has to be notarized, but not the letter from employer? Strictly speaking, nothing needs to be notarized except for the I-134. Unless the packet 3 says you need other papers notarized, I would not worry about it.

I'm Freaking out now. I didn't sleep at all last night after she called me.

My bank (credit union), took 1 business day to gather the appropriate information and have a letter prepared.

The letter from my employer verifying my full-time employment, salary, start date, etc, was not notarized. It was an original signed on company letterhead.

Thanks for that info. I should have everything out FedEx by Wednesday evening. I'm Really freaking out cause I didn't expect it to be so soon. I usually don't wait till the last minute but I had to wait for a deposit from some property that I sold to help my case a bit. Thanks again!

This is a K-1 visa :D

Awesome and good luck. I will say a prayer. I asked Trang to call the embassy to get a date. The letter she got said to wait 2-3 months to hear from them for a date. That didn't sound right so I asked her to call.

I will say a special prayer for y'all.

Thank you... We need the prayers!
