Thanks for the info DesiMan. Its good to read about approvals from VSC. Hope that they work a bit hard and clear the March/April filers fast. You should have yours anytime now. I hope that you get it before the weekend.

Thanks for the kind words. I do hope for it as well. It's been very long... just as it has been for all of us. Let's hope they work faster as you said and crank out tons of them...

OMG!!!!! :dance::dance::dance: WE GOT APPROVED!!! Our I-129F was aprooved on 9th of October! They said that they sent NOA2 yesterday. We didn't see any touches or activity on our case. It is still showing "pending". My husband just called them and got this news! He couldn't believe it so he asked 3 times! LOL :):dance:

I want to say thank you to everyone here. Because together always better. A lot of good people here! Hope everyone will get NOA2 very soon. We didn't get email. Even case status is still showing pending. The officer said that the letter with NOA2 was sent yesterday. We didn't recieve anything yet. I guess it's so early for letter. Hope we will get it on Monday!!!

I hope this news about VSC continues. NOA 1 on I-130 March 28. NOA 1 on I 129-F April 4. Touched once each, on 5/2 and 5/9. Nothing since then.

I see in these posts that someone has been calling VSC directly for help, as opposed to USCIS customer service. Are they more helpful at the service center? It's not hard, I'm pretty sure a corpse could be more helpful than those customer service reps. I have yet to try a call directly to VSC.

congrats Jen&James!

i hope VSC finishes the feb filers coz thats what it looks like. it seems as if they are working on just getting over with feb filers and getting them out the door. we still have 20 days left in this month which should be enough time for them to complete feb fully and also start working on march filers. this way april and may can be started ASAP. this feels like forever :angry:
