hello

My fiance filed the k1 application last october 1,2008..I am pregnant for 3months now and will give birth by march 27,2009..just wana ask a question about it.

What if i our k1 application will be approved after i gave birth here in the philippines,what do we need to do about our baby so i can bring our baby with me?

The US Citizen files a Consular Report of Birth Abroad. Since you aren't married, this may require a DNA test. Forgive me for needing to be clear but the information I gave, assumes the USC Petitioner is the father of your child.
