I has U.S citizenship, and I am going to get married to a foreign fiance who is currenty in the U.S. He came to the U.S base on F-1 visa. I don't know what I have to do after we obtain a marriage certificate. I don't know if the USCIS's required documents must be the same as obtaining K3 visa for my foreign spouse since he is currently in the U.S, not in his country. How can he obtain a 2-year temporary green card? Please advise. Thank you very much.

Get married and apply for adjustment of status - that way he won't have to go home to his country to do the K3. There is another forum for this.

Please click on the word "Guides" at the top of any page here and read the appropriate guide for adjusting status. If you have remaining questions, ask them in the AOS forum.

Guides first. Detailed questions after.
