I've been a member since '05, and I do more reading than posting. I figure I would start my own thread and post away so that I can get at least one star!

Lots I guess (I don't pay much attention to post counts, and before Aficionado told me, I didn't even know how to see them), but why does it matter to have hearts?

Really it seems the heart thingies are for activity, not spamming.

They just look so dang cool.

I've been around long enough , I think of it as a consolation prize.
