I-765 code (c )(9 ) based on pending I-485, NOT BASED ON K-VISA

FEE $1010 for all and file them ALL to the Chicago PO Box specified by form I-485 directions and on USCIS website: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD
