i am 32 now, single but have 3 kids and living here in the philippines

when i was 15 i was petitioned by my mom and was given a green card

in 1995 i came back for a visit to the philippines and fell in love

i didnt know the guy was married but to make the story short, in 1996 i went back to the states,

then came back to the philippines again

went back to the us and had my first child there,

in 1998 i came back to the philippines and have never returned to the us since then.

my son is living with my mom in the us now

and im really lonely about that and have realized i want to live in the us again and bring my baby and 5 year old with me...

what are my options?

should my us citizen mom petition me again as an unmarried daughter by a us citizen?

i have an american boyfriend in california but he is still in between jobs and have not fully settled, so if ever hes ready to petition me as fiance, will they see my moms petition for me?

or should i just take up nursing or education so i can go there faster and work as a nurse or a teacher? or are there other courses that wont take so long that i can take so i can do that? i also want to have a good job when i live in the states again.

i dont wanna wait til my son is a teenager and raising kids here in the philippines is not only hard but is also not ideal for me.

so please, to anyone who knows alot about these things, please give me your advice. Thank you.

All 3 are viable options, just a case of deciding which is best for you.

Marriage to a US Citizen would be fastest, then the Nursing route, Teaching may be much harder. And finally through your Mother sponsoring you.

You can run all 3 at the same time and see which is best further down the road.
