Hi guys

Does it usually take this long I am fustrated, everyday I check and this message never changes

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status:

Your I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was received on January 9, 2006. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 30 and 45 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

This really sucks !!!!

01/03/2006 Sent Via express mail.

01/05/2006 Received and signend by P. Novak.

01/11/2006 Still waiting.... I check everyday.

01/12/2006 Check Cashed.....

01/13/2006 Noa received on 01/13/06 Friday the 13th Ooooohhhhh.

01/27/2006 Touched.

02/10/2006 Aproved NOA 2

02/13/2006 Noa 2 emailed ..... So happy

02/15/2006 Called NVC Received new case #

02/16/2006 Received NOA 2 Snail mail.

02/17/2006 Sent to the consulate

05/10/2006 Still waiting for interview sucks

05/19/2006 Going to see my honey !!!

haven't we been over this before??? you need to give it at least 30, if not 45, days before you become frustrated.

just because you are going through the VSC does not guarantee an immediate NOA2.

30-45 days isnt long at all!! it will happen :yes:

April/04/2005- Visa journey began!!

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008

Biometrics Detroit May 10th 2008

10 year Green card ordered August 20th 2008

Citizenship any time from feb 2009

you're not 3 weeks out- and u worring - i want to kick your ###....... OMG -- and ur frustrated... give them the 30 days they said - and yes they almost always get it done before this....

when i was procesing- the dates were 120-130 days out-- in the forever july 7th processing era..

so , my gosh-- get ahold of yourself....... or you will be in for a really long haul..

Dec 7 Sent to embassy

Jan 17 interview - got visa!

June 30 - I-751 mailed total days 1025

March 9 - Removal of Conditions approved! total days 1277

K-1/K-2 AOS APPROVED IN ATLANTA MAY 17, 2006

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Yes Dear calm yourself, at least wait till 45 day before you start to complain. You are lucky enough to be going through VSC which is the fastest center right now. I unfortunatly am going through the CSC and have been waiting almost 3 months....Your time soon come, just relax!!!!

11/03/2005 - NOA 1 from CSC

11/07/2005 - Check cashed

02/03/2006 - NOA2 by e-mail

05/03/2006 - Leave for Jamaica

05/09/2006 - Interview "VISA APPROVED"

05/15/2006 - Return from Jamaica

05/22/2006 - Called off the wedding and Adrian left

Dont feel frustrated.. My fiance sent the papers to Texas on jan 6th and we didnt receive anything yet...

Jus because they sent our papers to california and i dont know why there...

They are processing the petitions made in october from 2005!!

Can you imagine how long it will take to me to get my visa to go to see my baby???
