PLEASE POST HERE IF YOU WERE INTERVIEWED LAST OCTOBER 2 FOR K3 VISA AND IF YOU RECEIVED YOUR VISA OR NOT YET.... I JUST WANT TO KEEP TRACK OF THE DELIVERIES COZ YOU KNOW SOME PEOPLE HAD DELAYS ON THE DELIVERY OF THEIR VISA PACKET AFTER BEING APPROVED. -------I-130----------

7-22-2008 : 2nd day Medical St Lukes was told need sputum test

7-28-2008 to 7-30-2008 sputum test AFB

9-28-2008: Release Medical After waiting for 2 months

10-2-2008: INTERVIEW APPROVED!!!!

the time to worry is if people interviewed after you have already received their visas!

did you go to the delbros website to see if the visa has not been released..... you should check that first before anything else....... my wife's CR visa was printed on October 2, but she already has it as of Saturday

if nothing happens in a couple of days, contact the USEM...... best if you contact Lorraine or Grace as they will likely have more accurate information.....

Timeline

Hello,

We interviewed on Oct. 2nd at the Consulate in Juarez, Mexico but got denied. We were eligible for a waiver and we are doing that process now and have interview on Dec. 15th.
