Well, you can try, nothing to lost, but be sure to prove yourself to the CO that you have enough ties from the country of where you come from, then you will be fine. The CO will always consider you're going to the States, live with your fiance and not coming back.

You should be fine, ours was sent in June and I have been twice since then. I am nervous for the next time though as we should have then NOA-2 by then and presumably entered into some kind of system.

People say on here you should always take with you evidence of ties to your home country (lease, job, car, etc.) and enough finances to support yourself. Never had a need for them yet myself but no harm in bunging these in at the bottom of your carry on.

Thank you for replies!

What is actually the point to prove that you have enough ties to the country if anyway i am waiting for fiancee visa approval with the main goal to move to States with my beloved?? seems awkward to me.....

Also my fiance called the immigration service in States and they said that after 30 days of filling with VSC its ok to apply for a tourist visa....

The problem is that i dont have too many ties to my country....not student anymore either.....and actually got back recently from States 6 months ago...

I am very worried that the embassy will deny my tourist visa :( (not enough ties)

Should i say at the interview that i go to visit my fiance?

What else should i tell them???
