HI!

WELCOME here sa VJ!!!!

I am also from cebu..where you at in Cebu?

You will need :

Authenticated Birth Certificate (NSO copy)

CENOMAR ( Certificate of NO Marriage NSO Copy)

NBI Clearance

Police Certificate (if you have been out of the country for more than 6 months)

Any valid ID's (company ID, Postal ID, SSS ID etc)

Medical at SLEC

Take note that some of documents needed are time sensitive like the NBI so I suggest that you will get this when you are close to your interview date.

while waiting you can also have a pre medical in your local doctor just to see that you wont have any problems by the time you will have your medical examination in Manila.

Good Luck and Wishing you a smooth journey!

Hi there. We welcome you to VJ. This site is a great social support. I "second the motion" on the items above. These documents should come from your side of the process. i am pretty sure that your fiancee knows what he needs to accomplish from his side, in coordination with his local USCIS. Additional documents you will need is a passport. Also, pay your DV as soon as you receive your NOA2 then attend your CFO Orientation and get certified. I suggest you orient yourself about the K1 Visa Guide as well, you will get a lot of information out of reading this. I might have missed something, if i did, the other VJs will be able to help :). Good luck and God bless.

Welcome to VJ. Take a look at the Guides link at the top of the page. I used that link exclusively and had no problems with the entire process with the exception of dumb little me using an old for to lift conditions.

The guides will give you lots of great information. Once you have reviewed it then come back for any specific questions. There are a ton of people here on VJ more than willing to help you and make your journey a happy and successful one.

Good luck
