Hi I am waiting for my packet from US Embassy and I am just curious if US Embassy will be sending me the packet through regular post office or through couriers like DHL, FedEx or LBC? Currently I am not staying in my permanent address which I wrote in the forms.

Please share your experiences when you received your packet from US embassy after NVC forwarded application to Consulate...thank you so much for your answers in advance

NO package just a letter telling you to call in for your interview. You wait 14 days from NVC send to USEM.

They don't send packets anymore but you can download it here.

They will still send a letter, and the post office might text you if you have a cell phone number provided on your visa application. If there is no way that you will receive the letter, consider asking the petitioner to inform USEM of a change in address. This can be done over the phone via the call center.

Thanks for your answers... I temporarily stay here in Manila. We still have our house back in La Union. We already contacted master post man to text me if they receive any letter for me. I will pay DV tomorrow and call US Embassy to check if they already received our application so I can start medical exam and preparing my documents. Thanks everyone:) and God bless...
