Any VSC-to-CSC transferees still waiting?

I've been pretty patient throughout this whole ordeal, and my spirits rose significantly on 8/22 when I was notified that my I-130 was being transferred from VSC to CSC. It's now been more than a month with no action, however, although I have been able to confirm that my case is with an adjudicator. Are there any other transferees still waiting for approval?

i don't have my timeline up to date but i'm a transfer that has not been approved yet. i was transferred on 8/27. haven't had a touch since it was received at CSC.

if you don't mind me asking, how did you confirm that your case was with an adjudicator?

Hey Math man,

So now you are going down the CR1/IR1route. You might want to change it to that in your profile.

If your case is with an Adjudicator then approval should be on its way this coming week.

Once I hit the 6-month mark with my petition, I contacted my Congressional Representative's office, and a staffer there has been helping me track the progress of my case. She verified about 10 days ago that my petition had been assigned to an adjudicator.

Well i would say to hang in there it is going to have here pretty quick I am sure. They will want to show a good posting before the 15 drop dead each month date they post. I know it sounds like a ways off. But, I would say something should happen for most of you this week.

08/14/08: I-130 transferred from VSC to CSC

08/24/08: I-130 now pending at CSC

10/07/08: Waiting
