I-751 lagging under supervisory review

Hello,

I filed I -751 waiver under mental cruelty as I was getting out of an abusive relationship and marriage back in February 2007, I included a full package containing expert psychologist reports, witness statements and letters, emails and police report showing the mental and emotional cruelty I was undergoing every day, despite the senators and congressman notes and multiple service request USCIS took their time until march 2008 to schedule an interview for me in April which I went and answered all their questions and the interview went quite well, since I didnt hear any thing from them so did an Info pass in September and they told me my case is under supervisory review which I already knew since April, I wanted to know how long they want to keep this thing under review?? ''additional reviews, extended reviews now supervisory review ! is nt a mental torture to make wait someone who has already been abused and just want to move on and forget about all these things? based on all psychologists opinion,inorder to heal, I need to forget every things that happened to me and move on with my life but how can I do that while having a pending case with USCIS and being forced to keep all these memories alive in your mind because at any time, USCIS might question you about it ?? are nt they responsible to make those cases move a lil bit faster?? its been already like 20 month since I filed and submitted all the documents with the help of my lawyer.
