Try Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar etc. There are alot of Americans (and British and Australian) there due the oil industry. Also any military base in foreign countries such as the UK and Germany.

i remember there being a lot of Americans in Belize and Panama... land used to be cheap there.
