I have a doubt with interview schedule at NVC.

So I guess everyone approved will have to start calling from 6th of October, as that is the 2nd week. What I want to know is, does one call to schedule a date or does one call to know if they have been scheduled for next month's interview list.

I mean say if someone doesn't call from 6th to 10th and they call on 12th of October, will they be allotted a date even though they didn't call all this time. Duh! I hope I am not confusing you all.

Thanks a lot Inkypinky.

I have another silly question to ask, while tracking your case when its sent to Embassy, say the case left on 6th of October 2008, this is the format to follow with DHL website--> EXP 06 OCT 2008A..

I want to know what does that "A.." stands for, are those the left 6 digits of ones NVC case number?

You would want to put EXP 05 OCT 2008A as the reference number

and for the date range just put in OCT6 through OCT6

The reference date is usually a day before the date it is shipped out.

I really don't know what the "A" stands for. I want to know that answer too.

Good luck.
