Hello everyone jus want to tell u my friend MARIA/STEVE got approved in less than 2 months by receiving the NOA2..

"CONGRATULAIONS" to you MARIA/STEVE i believe god is really good to us,im happy for you my friend,i cant really imagine you text me in the middle of the night just informing me of your approval i feel excited too,i know we are in the same timeline...but we hope we are next to your approval...

just hang on chadherm , i see you are already been touch...so maybe we will as follows to my friend in cebu's approval..i hope u...good luck everyone to our journey..

K1 -visa:Timeline

6/26/08:resent the 1-129f package to VSC

8/21/08:received NOA1 in the mail,yeyeyeh i was relief after the long period of waiting

1/28/09:NOA2 received ...in 161 days from NOA1

2/10/09:received appointment letter from USEM

3/11 - 12 : MEDICAL -- passed

3/30/09: INTERVIEW -- APPROVED

4/02/09:VISA deliver at home at 2:45 pm

5/28/09:SSN arrived after less than 1 week from filling.

6/01/09:Wedding day.[/color]

07/08/09:sent the 1-485 forms for adjustment of status package to chicago (USPS)..Day 1

07/10/09:arrived USCIS,chicago...(when i checked the USPS post office)...Day 3

07/12/09:check cashed...Day 5

07/15/09:noa1 date for (AOS,AED,AP)i thanks god for everything...(date arrived,07/20/09)...Day 10

08/12/09:calling USCIS to check the bio apt...Day 35

08/25/09:bio notice date issued...Day 48

08/29/09:bio notice received.(thank u so much mama mary...)...Day 52

09/04/09:AP arrived in the mail (date issued 08/27/09)

09/09/09:biometrics done...

09/17/09:EAD = card arrived today...so happy...

10/03/09:interview notice received

11/05/09:AOS -- interview approved (thank u mama mary)...

11/16/09: GREEN CARD arrived today...

Their so lucky... Hope July filers from CSC will be approved soon too...

April 25, 2008 Meet online

June 2[/i]8, 2008 He came to meet me.

June 29 Engagement

July 6 Sad day!! craig flight going back

July 15 K1 visa starts..send the petition CSC

July 24 check cash

July 25 Got our NOA1 hard copy.. yay!!

July 28 touch

Nov 9-14 Second visit..

Nov. 26 Approve online

Dec 2 case forward to USEM

Dec 3 got the NVC letter

Dec 18,22 Medical Exam.. PASSED!

Jan.13 Interview... PASSED!

Jan 15 Visa on hand!! soooooooo happy

Feb 5 Flight.....philippine time

Feb 5 Thanks God....wer happy together forever..

Feb 21....2009 Wedding

April, 2 2009 Applied AOS

April 28, Biometrics

April 29 Case transfered to CSC[/i][/b][/size]

We feel extremely blessed and give all the thanks to God. We pray that EVERYONE will receive the same blessing that was given to us. The road however is not finished and we must stay patient and strong. We also give thanks to Visa Journey and all of its many good people for its support. God Bless!

August 20, 2008...............NOA1 Here we go! And now we wait and pray!

October 6, 2008...............NVC has received the Case and issued us an MNL#

October 9, 2008...............Delbros paid

October 10, 2008..............Embassy receives case

October 15, 2008..............Visa application fee paid

October 19, 2008..............Interview scheduled for November 12th

October 27, 2008..............First Day of Medical Long Day!!!

October 29, 2008..............Second Day of Medical at St.Lukes. Finished!!!!!!!

October 29, 2008..............Received Confirmation of Interview Via Email. Confirmed for Nov. 12th

November 12, 2008...........Interview Day Passed!!!! Received the wonderful Pink Slip

November 16, 2008...........Delbros sends a text: Visa is ready for dispatch

November 18, 2008...........Received our Visa!!! Yesssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!

November 22, 2008...........POE Dallas!!!Maria is here!!!!God is very good!!!

I-130 for Parents (Mom and Dad)

3.15.2014: Mailed I-130 Packet for Mom and Dad

3.21.2014: Received email notification with case # for both petitions; case forwarded to NBC for processing

3.21.2014: Check cashed

3.22.2014: Hard copy NOA1 received

4.08.2014: Both I-130 approved (notification received via email) - It only took three weeks!!!

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

4.26.2013: Mailed N400 Packet

5.21.2013: Biometrics

7.18.2013: Testing and Interview

9.25.2013: Oath Ceremony
