good point. plus, the structure will attract fish.

You mean a plus for increasing fish populations? Can't be!

And yes... its a great idea. Less birds would be caught in the turbines. Except those seagulls that wanted to.

i think charles just wants to go deep sea fishing out there ;)

not offshore of nj, no telling how many bodies one would catch out there.

No kidding. You'd need a big hook too. Even though there are sharks in those waters. We may find quite a few Jimmy Hoffa-style clothes anchored to cement bricks there.
