just wondering....

once u have entered the us on the k1 and got married how do you get to work while waiting for you AOS TO BE COMPLETED...

You need EAD - The fee you pay when you file for AOS includes EAD (and AP) if you chose to complete the forms. That'll take somewhere around 90 days (for EAD card).

is there such thing as temporary EAD given at the POE

Yes, but it's only given at JFK and only good for 90 days.

When immediate ability to work is the priority, marriage first and a CR1 visa is the proper course.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

There is - if your POE is JFK (the only POE that routinely issues temp-ead). It's good for 90 days (same as your I-94). In reality - few employers will hire an individual with a temp-ead though - legally they can, but a majority simply will not. Just the way it is.

It's not the sole POE to give out the temp EAD, but the POE giving it out with the most regularity. Big difference. :)
