In our overseas physical exam (for K1 and K2 visas, completed on July 17, 2008) everything was completed--exam, vaccinations, chest x-ray--except the TB skin test. Now we are applying to adjust status, but cannot find a CS that will do or record the skin test unless they redo the whole physical (for $175). I contacted Dr. Arnold about transcribing the TB skin test result along with the vaccination record to the I-693, but he only agrees to transcribe the vaccination record. Has anybody found a way to get the skin test results on the I-693 without repeating the physical exam? Thanks.

We are on the same boat. We had our Medical Exam last June 16, 2008. Dr. Arnold told me to wait for an RFE before sending her my TST. I am afraid that the AOS will be rejected because of the lacking TST.

Hope someone can shed light on our case.

Send what you have and wait for an RFE. It won't be denied, you'll get an RFE.

Thanks for your reply. Will send my AOS package tomorrow

Hello. I have done my TB test, TD and HPV shots before I went to a surgeon for them to sign it up in order not to cause a delay. I called the Surgeon office first and then they ask me to have those three things because USCIS revise their vaccination requirement already. If I were you, you should go to any public health center for the test. You don't have to do another physical exam but just have to have the shots that your wife didn't have. After you have all those shots that is when you go to the surgeon. I am going to send the papers tomorrow already to Chicago
