Hello everyone, I am new to the site. I am not sure if I am in the correct forum. I have filed an i130 back in Oct 2007 and i129f in June. I really did not know to file the i129f right away and I have a lawyer.. Go Figure! My NOA1 was received in January. How do you know if it's been touched? I haven't heard anything from them other than when I rqst'd an expedite for i130, they responded and told me to file the i129f and that's it. I have now gotten my Congress checking into the case, because I have noticed they are processing November apps. What' s going on can anyone give me a little insight? Where do I go from here? If anywhere................just wait?

filed i130 - October 18, 2007

NOA1 RECEIVED JANUARY 10, 2008

? TOUCHED MAY 2008

FILED i129F May 29, 2008

NOA1 RECEIVED JUNE 10, 2008

PLEASE HELP

Like others have said it could take up to 30 days to get your NOA's. Generally it arrives after 10 days, so don't pressure it yet.

With the USCIS you better have a GREAT DEAL of patience.

Don't let the choices chose you, chose the choices that you want.
