My Fiance will be here for a visit in november.. We're thinking to get a hotel near SLEC, we're thinking to get Citystates hotel or Cherry Blossoms..

I checked their rates and it's just the same..

Im hoping to get your opinion on which one is better from those 2 hotels, I've checked the reviews from yahoo, they're saying bad stuffs from cherry blossoms and only a few from citystates.. But I would also like to get my fellow vjer's opinion..

Thanks in advance for the reply..

God Bless..

My kids and I stayed at Cherry Blossoms for our Medical and after our Interview. Just walking distance to SLEC and the US Embassy. Nice hotel and just beside Robinsons. Saves you money on transportation and food 'coz you can just eat at the mall.

Good luck and God bless :star:

hello just letting you know that Cherry Blosson and City State Tower Hotel is a sister company, that is why they have the same rate, I used to work at City state 4 years ago, and I would suggest that its better to stay at City state than cherry blossom, more classy, just some suggestion., Gudluck girl

if u want a hotel that is ACTUALLY near the embassy, you should try out SORIENTO. only 15-20 steps away from the embassy. it's a very simple hotel but very convenient. the outside part looks old but the rooms are decent enough, because they just renovated them. i was there last may. my parents and i got a room with two beds (with a lot of space too!) and we only paid 1800/night.

but i tell you soriento is the most accessible hotel near st lukes. u may just have to eat at robinsons though because soriento only provides rooms.. but if u intend to fall in line at slec at 4am, then this is your best bet.

btw, here's is soriento's number: (02)5239480

I got to SLEC everyday and often pass by soriento..I don't know about the accommodation since I haven't stayed there. It's very near to SLEC, I believe the nearest and I saw a signage that they have 1,499 room promo.. That's about a good deal though ;)
