i submitted my I-130 in march 2008 at VSC and was transferred to CSC in August 2008, I was approved September 22. Now what happens? Please help me. My wife lives in a small community where there is no mail service at her home. If they send her papers to her she will not receive them. What can I do? Please help, will I receive the paperwork?

Congrats on the approval bro, dont worry about it once your case gets to National Visa Center the'll assign you a case number it usually takes about 7-10 days for them to get your case once it has been approved by USCIS. You can call them to find out if they have your case number yet, the'll send you guys both the AOS FEE BILL AND CHOICE OF AGENT from there you guys can decide who wants to be the agent, in this case you might want to do that since she doesnt get the mail or whatever.

Best thing for you to do is read over these steps and you'll get a better understanding...

Hopefully I helped..

these are the links that would help you get ready and fasten everything..

Congratulations on your approval! Email the National Visa Center a secure address for her where she can get her mail, and indicate that it is a mailing address only, and not her residence address. We had an address issue and both the NVC and the consulate were very good about honoring our request. My DIL elected to have her official correspondence sent to a friend's house. It can be a post office box, a business - just someplace where she can get her mail reliably. It sounds like she to needs to indicate that you will be her choice of agent to handle the process, unless you have an attorney.
