Hello 'dith, haba na ng thread na ito 'ALL WAITING FOR VISA' my God what happened to USEM? ARE these people normal or whole bunch of stupids working overthere. I know when the visa comes the wait is all paid off but this is totally #######! is it really hard for them to check/verify/approve visas? I don't think so! My analysis here: it's not actually the CO's holding &/or delaying the visa approval but the USEM sets of team working on each/group visa cases. They got lots of backlogs that cause the documents MISPLACED & NOWHERE TO BE FOUND! plus the fact of the INFLUX of ADDITIONAL WORKLOADS from those applicants who just finished their interviews also! as a result their documentation files are totally messed up & the working place is in chaos! just to play safe on their part, they said the famous unbelievable & unreliable answers to the applicants queries:

1. Call Delbros

2. DV is still on process @ NSO

3. Ur Case is still under review process

4. Consul is still reviewing the case

5. Processing would take between 4-6 weeks

I know we're done on this visa process thing, but it really saddened me that there are lots of fellow VJ'erRS still waiting for the VISA. I just wish that in God's mercy finally all ur visa/s will be released soonest and God will touch USEM people's heart to speed up the process.

So true. It just started last August.... up till now. Seemed like people who got interviewed and approved last July got their visas.

Hello ! again, my husband called the USEM and he spoke with Loraine and i really heard it ! she told us this time that they got my DV just Sept 22, 2008 all i knew was that they had my Dv Sept 19,2008 because that was she told us and PJ confirmed to us that they sent out the DV Sept 19 i dont know what's happening but we are assuming that they sent out another document verification for my birth certificate since it was Late registration. because Loraine said they just got it Sept 22 dont worry guys next time i will tell my husband to ask Loraine if they sent out another DV for a clarification purposes My husband also clarify her if they never misplaced our documents or lost it and she replied " it was not lost Sir" and she said that if the Co will not ask another additonal documents after the review then the Visa will be release . Im hoping and praying "PLs Almighty God grant our desires " no more additional documents for us!!!!

Guys,

I have question..

So when should we really need to pay DV? is it a month before your interview?

I have been reading posts and they would usually suggest to pay DV fee as early right after you received the NVC

Letter.. is this true? So that by the time of your interview, DV is done. correct me if Im wrong again.., :innocent:

The earlier the better. It's no guarantee that you will receive your visa in three days but you have better chances of receiving your visa in three days. :)

For those of us waiting for DV finalization, it's between three weeks to about three months :(

Hey , pay your Dv when your documents has been forwarded from NVC to the USEM once the USEM recieved your documents you can pay your DV anytime and then inform the delbros about your payment by texting them and call the USEM if the delbros inform them about your payment and if they sent out a request for your paper to be verify.

It would be useless if you will pay your Dv early when your documents has not been forwarded yet to the USEM they cannot do anything what documents they will verify if they haven't got your papers and I am the prime example of these because i paid my DV May 19 my documents was not yet forwarded to the USEM that time they just got it Aug 25 and they sent out the request Sept 1 and the delbros sent it out to the NSO the same day

Quite true but then again, it pays to be early so that if your documents arrive, then it can be processed earlier. I've noticed in the timelines that those who got their visas immediately paid early. I'd rather have to pay early rather than my documents already sitting for a month because of not having paid. It is quite unfortunate in your case. But you are not alone in this as a lot of us are waiting for our visas. :)

hi everyone my hubby just called USEM grace said that our case is with the CO. i was interviewed aug. 20 receive pink and white slip 4 DV. embassy got the result of my DV sept. 24 until now were still under review... so worried guys.. why still under review is there any problem with our papers? they dint ask for another documents.. just wondering why...

BIONICGURL:

I finally found out why my case is being held up. Apparently, they can't find proof that I've already paid my DV, which is ridiculous since I gave them the original Metrobank validation after my interview! Called Grace yesterday and she informed us that they can't find my receipt? What the heck? Why would Delbros then send me text confirmation that they received my payment and that they forwarded my dv to NSO back in Aug 12. This does not make sense at all! Is DELBROS just sending us text messages that are not true?

I am really pissed off since it is the dv thats keeping them from processing my papers!

ARGHH!! :help:

Anyway, sorry for the rant!
