 You really think so? Will they be that misericordious?

I hope they will, but to completely honest with you, they might be a total pain and try and make things difficult for you. It depends on the person. All you can really do is be hopeful and truthful.

Yes I agree with myfirstreallove and go tomorrow and explain about the mix up with the dates, besides my husband didn't even have an appointment when he went for his biometrics because he never got an appointment letter. We waited the 90 day mark period and did an Infopass appointment and was told to just go to the local office and have it done.

Try to go in as early as possible to avoid being there when it's very getting busy, Best of Luck to you!

Every biometrics notice we have received (which, at this point, is three of them) indicates that you can show up on the appointment day OR any Wednesday for the next two months.

Take another look at your notice.I'm sure you can just show up next Wednesday or whatever other day it specifies.

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

Same thing happened to me and i thought i was going to die, crying, etc. Then my hubby told me to stop being hysterical and slapped me around a couple times. I showed up the next day, which was a Saturday, in line before the place opened. I started explaining what happened to the guard and he just let me in without letting me talk. Once i was in I just did the biometrics and nobody presented any major problem. I was afraid that the delay in biometrics would cause problems down the road but it never did, since i have my green card today. Ta-da!

Sorry I forgot to update this: TOTAL SUCCESS!!! The clerk didn't even look at the letter... I think she was very sleepy because I was the first in the queue
