PCC submission for DS-230 for Indian beneficiary

I only have PCC from local passport office. I don't have PCC from local district office. Since the beneficiary's passport is issued less than 6 months ago, it is not required.

I don't think the PCC from passport office says that it covers any time period.

1) My question is has anybody submitted PCC from just passport office and passed the case completed stage in NVC?

2) Does your PCC from passport office state time period?

PCC from district office and passport office is required if u cross 6 months of passport.. when was the passport issued.. if ur DS-230 gets approved ..thr r chances ur visa interview be ard within 2 months ..

PCC from district office and passport office is valid only for 6 months ..

my visa is kept on hold after interview b'coz the passport PCC is 10 months from passport office and PCC taken last month from dictrict police office and they asked to submit the updated one to start off the visa process..

it takes only 3 days from district policeoffice .. to be on safer side u can still submit it ..

Passport has been valid for about two months. So technically PCC from passport office is only needed. I just want to know if people got through NVC with submitting PCC ONLY from passport office.

I hope somebody can answer.
