Good grief, kaydee....only a simpleton would confuse that as good journalism. O'Reilly has no journalistic integrity.

You see its so much more informative to label people as liars and cowards rather than actually asking them questions.

After watching that interview - I have to say that I have a much more detailed understanding of the economic crisis, than I did before.

I actually started the video prepared to defend O'Reilly...thinking you know, maybe he just gave some hard hitting questions and Frank shoved the blame on somebody else. A good interviewer actually listens to what their guest says and then follows their answers up with more probing questions. If they're good at...it's like giving someone enough rope and they'll hang themselves. Instead, O'Reilly pontificates....reminds me of that guy that use to be on public access in OC and LA (Rebecca DeMorney's dad), follow by Morton 'the mouth' Downey Jr.. It's definitely entertaining...just unfortunate that kaydee confuses it for real journalism.

I tell you - O'Reilly really convinced me. Just have the guy pop-up on screen, mute the sound when he opens his mouth, call him a f*cker and tell him to p*ss off.

If only court cases were conducted in the same manner....

Instead of acknowledging that the long held belief by Right Wingers like yourself, that the government needs to stay out of regulating the market, you find some Democrat as a scapegoat. I've heard it was Bill Clinton's fault...now Barney Frank. The Republican Party going back to Reagan has fought long and hard to deregulate everything, and privatize everything. It's why we had the S&L scandal back in the 80's. And to be fair, there have been some Democrats in Congress who've gone along with that philosophy - believing that Guvmint was the big bad wolf and couldn't do anything right....just let the market regulate itself. That philosophy has had it's chance to prove itself and it has failed miserably.

O'Reilly is a first-class ###. His interviewing technique consists of shouting down his guests. He is the worst that journalism has to offer. And it's not about being tough. Just watch the BBC's Hardtalk sometime -- some of the toughest interviewers in the business and not once do they shout down their guests.
