Quite honestly, I don't have much of an opinion on Barney Frank - but the behaviour on the part of O'Reilly is deplorable. Why invite the guy on the show if he's not interested in what the man has to say.

After watching that interview - I have to say that I have a much more detailed understanding of the economic crisis, than I did before.

Actually - I'll be honest (and in fact I already said this earlier - you probably missed it). I didn't even know Barney Frank's name up until a couple of weeks ago. As a result I have no absolutely no investment whatsoever in defending him. Not knowing what he stands for, or what his record really is I'm not in a very good position to defend him now am I?

I can safely say however, that Bill O'Reilly's line of questioning didn't exactly provide much enlightenment on the issue.

I actually started the video prepared to defend O'Reilly...thinking you know, maybe he just gave some hard hitting questions and Frank shoved the blame on somebody else. A good interviewer actually listens to what their guest says and then follows their answers up with more probing questions. If they're good at...it's like giving someone enough rope and they'll hang themselves. Instead, O'Reilly pontificates....reminds me of that guy that use to be on public access in OC and LA (Rebecca DeMorney's dad), follow by Morton 'the mouth' Downey Jr.. It's definitely entertaining...just unfortunate that kaydee confuses it for real journalism.
