Pushbrk .....To be fair to GiGi you by your own behaviour in posts insist on attention to detail - which is fine but then you are expected to live up to your "principles" yourself!

Bottom line is it would have been much more humble to simply admit that you missed that detail ...

What does "unless I missed something" mean to you? That I missed something was shown to me and any reader. There's hardly a need to "admit" anything.

Maybe you don't see a difference between strong encouragement to pay attention to detail and "down throats" but I do. Personal attacks and insults are against the TOS.

Unless I missed something the OP has never mentioned a State. It's a moot point anyway, since she has no intent to reside in the USA. She wanted to use the green card as a travel visa. Not going to work no matter what else she does.

Yes you missed something, she did state PA. Its funny how you keep missing details, but when someone else misses a detail, you are all down their throat.

On the other hand, my husband said he would get the divorce by his own in one year after i left USA, is that correct?

In Mexico you would have to wait 2 years of separation and then file for divorce by his own. Im not sure about PA divorce rules, anyway, hes attitude is sooo unfair, i left everything (a good jod, my son, my family) just to be with him. I feel so dissapointed.

Thank you.

You have a peculiar vision of "all down their throat".

are you a immigration Lawyer?

seems you give a lot of advice and if you are not a immigration lawyer then isnt that considering practice law without a license?

I like starting my day with a laugh. Thank you.

I've read enough of your posts, to state that.

Yes, anybody can exaggerate anytime they want.

trouble is, they don't have too.

you need to get another hobby, eh?

I see no trouble. You're free to make a fool of yourself too. I'm not suggesting you need to get another hobby. I'm just responding to what you write. Get it?

i'm not understanding why people are giving pushbrk a hard time for his offering advice. that is what this board is for - and one can either heed or disregard the advice.

He can't admit when he's wrong, when he misses detail in posts. But when someone else misses entering a comma in a sentence he gets his feathers all ruffled. Is his condescending tone against TOS?

When you posted this...

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=138378&hl=

...and other questions, were you expecting free legal advice from an attorney? To my knowledge there ar no "immigration lawyers" providing free legal advice on the board.

Or, are you suggesting the moderators enforce some fairness doctrine as to limit the assistance given by any individual member?

my previous was about posts 34 and 35. while you have a point about someone missing something in a post (i've done it, as has probably many on vj), it's best to say oops and move on.

I agree. Pushbrk might not be your internet sweetheart; but he gives to the point advice WITHOUT personal judgment, something most of us don't do. So freaking let it go.

What you have agreed to do is VISA FRAUD.
Why?? It has something to do with a visa. Or even a VISA.

It's certainly fraud, but with respect to removing conditions. It has nothing to do with a visa.

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.
