What do you people think about cussing? Do you really enjoy cussing?
Just to piss off the morally superior I guess. Shiiit, I dunno nuttin about no cussin.

But what's even lamer than cussing is people playing at cussing. You know what I'm talking about.....

"oh, #######!" instead of "oh, ####!"

"oh, fudge!" instead of "oh, ####!"

"oh, jimminy crickets!" instead of, "jesus ###### christ"

"oh, little johnny's dog made a poop on my shoe!" instead of "your ###### dog just dumped on my brand new shoes, #######!"

The meaning is plainly clear - and some how the content is cleaner because you chose some words over others, in a belief that it makes it all better now?

In the words of a famous cusser, give me a fuckin' break.

"oh, jimminy crickets!"

I needed a good laugh today!

I try to control myself not to cuss no matter how bad the situation is. I just shout at the top of my voice which only happens when i deal with my hard headed brothers especially when i want to put my point across and when they seemed not to listen and when my temper is challenged. I shout but not cuss. Regular church attendance is a great help. It has helped me to control my tongue and fellowship with others in kind words and deeds. In the Philippines, cussing is far becoming a normal part of communication especially among teen-agers and would you believe even children as young as six year old cuss because they hear their parents cuss at something and sometimes at each other. Children need to be reminded that cussing is not fun and teen-agers should refrain from using it. I dont cuss and i dont want to be cussed at.

Oh, yeah, see, shouting is just uncalled for. I'd rather you call me a rotten mother ###### in a normal voice than yell at me and call me a "big doo doo head".

Why?

I dont cuss and i dont want to be cussed at.
and yet, yelling at people is just fine. Riiiiiiiight. Edited by akdiver

PEOPLE: READ THE APPLICATION FORM INSTRUCTIONS!!!! They have a lot of good information in them! Most of the questions I see on VJ are clearly addressed by the form instructions. Give them a read!! If you are unable to understand the form instructions, I highly recommend hiring someone who does to help you with the process. Our process, from K-1 to Citizenship and U.S. Passport is completed. Good luck with your process.

I personally do not cuss, the reason why I post this maybe I guess I am just bored and sleepy at work. I am asking the Moderator to forgive me for posting this but I am just curious for the views of different people..

We sit in an office where the tables are too close to one another, I am having headaches hearing cuss words/phrases from my female co worker everytime she talk.. I wonder why people cuss and used MF, #######,F, S..ahole,

I think when you are mad, it is okay to say something bad, but when you talk and all you say is cuss for every sentences that came out your mouth, it is not normal..

What do you people think about cussing? Do you really enjoy cussing?

If people cussing gives you a headache I would suggest seeing a doctor. That just does not sound normal. If your co-worker cusses constantly maybe she should see a doctor and be checked for turrets syndrome. If the cussing merely bothers you then perhaps a talk with your supervisor would be helpful. Do I enjoy cussing, no, but sometimes it keeps me from choking the ####### out of somebody aggrivating me. :bonk:

Calling an illegal alien an "undocumented immigrant" is like calling a drug dealer an "unlicensedregistered pharmacist". (because somebody gives a damn)

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

I dont see the big deal about cussing, its just a word. I do hate when people can only cuss ever other word, just as I hate when people say um and ah every other word. If you cant get your point out, then shut up. However, I think some words aren't professional and should be kept out of the work place. Swear words fall under that category.

I do that too...

Me three

Wow! I do that too. I thought it was just me. That's one way someone can tell I'm really pi$$ed off is if I'm crying. BTW, I cuss. Often too. My mouth is like a sailors mouth. I used to never cuss but it's a regular part of my vocabulary now. It's just habit for me. It's not like I'm trying to impress anyone by talking that way.

Just couldn't stay my @ss away!
